Each tax season, returning clients are automatically added to our secure tax preparation process. This allows us to manage every return carefully and communicate clearly throughout the season.

 

Your return moves through several stages, including:

• Filing

 

You’ll receive notifications when:

 

• Documents or forms are needed
• Your return is ready for review
• Your return has been filed

 

If you don’t hear from us, it simply means your return is moving forward as expected. There’s no need to check in unless you have a new or urgent update to share.

 

Prefer an "old school" method? No worries! We work with clients of all high or no tech skills and are open for mailed in documents for tax preparation.
